Tobias Schönhöfer

Tobias advises national and international clients comprehensively in the fields of information technology law and intellectual property law. His practice focuses in particular on advising on contract law, e-commerce, social media, data protection and AI. He also focuses on copyright law as well as advertising and competition law. He provides both litigation and non-litigation advice and representation to clients.

Tobias studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he gained valuable practical experience at a boutique law firm specializing in sports and IP law.

Before joining TEAL, Tobias worked at an international law firm in the field of patent litigation in Munich. In this role, he advised national and international clients before German courts and the European Unified Patent Court (UPC).
