Marcel Schweizer
Marcel advises national and international clients on all aspects of information technology law. His practice focuses in particular on software law, data protection and data law, e-commerce, as well as digital platforms and social media. His practice further includes IT security, Industry 4.0/IoT, artificial intelligence, the Digital Decade and competition law. He provides clients with advice and representation in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
Marcel studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he gained valuable practical experience at a leading national law firm and in the legal department of a major automotive manufacturer.
Following the completion of his second state examination in 2025, Marcel joined TEAL in 2026.
