Amelie Sulovsky-Lehr
Amelie advises and represents national and international clients in the areas of trademark, design, competition and copyright law. Her expertise includes, in particular, the prosecution of counterfeit goods and the coordination of international infringement proceedings. In addition, her practice focuses on the national and international protection of trademarks and designs and their enforcement before trademark offices. She also drafts delimitation and licensing agreements and advises on corporate transactions involving intellectual property.
She studied law at Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg. Since being admitted to the bar in 2015, she has worked exclusively in the field of intellectual property and has built up her expertise at both a major international law firm and renowned IP boutique firms. She is a certified IP Lawyer since 2022.
Amelie is a member of GRUR and ECTA.
